At IronCore, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please review the policy below.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

We may not be able to process claims submitted after this period.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, especially if they have been used, opened, washed, or damaged after delivery.
We do not accept returns for:

minor differences in color, size, or appearance caused by screen settings or normal production variation

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the evidence provided, we may offer one of the following:

Refunds
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returned to Sender Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to complete customs requirements, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or a partial refund, excluding shipping costs.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We are happy to review and try to resolve the matter directly.
